The BEST Company has been in existence
since 1987. The company was originally started in response to the
needs of small businesses for policy and procedure development.
The company also provided training for staff personnel to help
them meet the policy requirements.
Now BEST provides consultative services to Christian school boards. This includes personnel searches, writing policies and procedures, developing long-range plans, formulating constitutions, and publishing handbooks. BEST provides consultative services, such as seminars, staff retreats, etc., requested by school boards.
We believe our experiences, translated into consultative help, can provide great dividends in the development of any Christian school. Today Christian schools are missing many opportunities for growth, funding and enhancing the Great Commission. We further believe our children are our most valuable asset and deserve our very BEST!
